The host was amazing and offered help in any way we needed. The security was excellent and the place was clean and comfortable. Loved that it was smoke-free and kid-friendly. The backyard was a great place to relax. Thank you, Jay, for your kindness. We will definitely be coming back!

The hotel is in a quiet residential area, making it a peaceful place to stay. The location is very close to the subway, making it extremely convenient to connect to the rest of the city. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel facilities were great, with a shared kitchen that had everything I needed and supermarkets nearby for breakfast supplies.
It was all superb.

Access to the property was difficult; stair carpet dirty. Common room smelled. Cupboard in room door broken. Only sheet on bed, no blanket. Tiny but clean washroom. No paper towels in shared toilet. Walls thin, heard conversations from adjoining rooms. Difficult to cancel reservation and obtain refund. No breakfast service.

I recently stayed at The Ultimate for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the grounds were modern and well-maintained. I appreciated the 2 towels provided and felt safe in the area. Parking was easy to find and the large full body length mirror in the room was a nice touch. Having free cable and Wi-Fi, along with laundry facilities, was a great convenience. The affordable price and helpful host, Jay, made our stay even better. We will definitely be coming back again.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

The guesthouse is conveniently located near the metro station with easy access to Manhattan. The shared kitchen facilities are well-equipped, and there are supermarkets nearby for breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Felt very at home, no complaints.
